Aluminium Billet
Certified 6063/6061 log stock, cut to press length.

Heating
Billets induction-heated to precise extrusion temperature.

Extrusion Press
Forced through the die under high tonnage, up to 2000 tonnes.
04
Cooling
Air or water quenched to lock in the T5 temper.
05
Stretching
Mechanically straightened and stress-relieved.
06
Cutting
Cut to length as per drawing specifications.
07
Ageing
Artificially aged at 180°C in-oven for peak hardness.
08
QC & Dispatch
Dimensional inspection, surface checks, and packaging.
